At Hot Tub Service and Repair, we value honesty, safety, and professionalism in every job we do. As a family-owned business, we believe in treating our customers the same way we’d want to be treated — with respect, transparency, and care.
Below are our standard company policies regarding scheduling, payments, warranties, and safety.
1. Scheduling & Appointments
We schedule appointments Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
Each visit is assigned a 2–3-hour arrival window, and your technician will call or text when on the way.
Emergency and same-day appointments may be available for an additional fee.
Please ensure clear access to your hot tub area before we arrive.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $75 service fee.
Missed appointments where no one is home will be treated as a “no-show.”
Weather-related delays or emergencies will always be rescheduled at no cost.
3. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and electronic payments.
For recurring maintenance plans, payments are automatically billed per your plan terms.
Unpaid balances after 10 days may include a late fee and could delay future scheduling.
4. Service Warranty
All labor performed by our team includes a 30-day warranty from the date of service.
Replacement parts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Warranty coverage is voided if third-party work or customer misuse causes damage after our service.
5. Safety & Liability
Our technicians follow strict safety protocols for both your property and our team.
Power must be accessible and water filled to the proper level before service begins.
Customers are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the spa or hot tub area.
We are fully licensed and insured, and we comply with all state and local safety standards.
6. Water Care & Maintenance
Proper water chemistry is vital for performance and safety.
If water quality is unsafe or contaminated, technicians may postpone service until the spa is safe to handle.
Drain-and-fill services require access to an approved outdoor water source and drainage area.
7. Estimates & Repairs
Written estimates are provided before major repair work.
We never perform additional work or add charges without your approval.
Diagnostic visits may carry a small fee if troubleshooting is required before repairs can be quoted.
8. Customer Communication
We communicate through phone, text, or email for appointment reminders and updates.
By scheduling with us, you agree to receive service communications.
Customers who opt in may also receive occasional promotions or maintenance tips — unsubscribe anytime.
9. Refund Policy
Service call and diagnostic fees are non-refundable once a technician is on-site.
Refunds or credits for parts and prepaid plans are handled individually and fairly.
If we make an error, we’ll make it right — through repair, credit, or refund as appropriate.
10. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the information necessary to schedule, bill, and communicate with you.
We never sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties.
All records are kept secure and confidential.
